We’re Adding Extra Protection For Internet Banking!

Your Credit Union is adding a layer of protection to help ensure it’s really you when you log into Internet Banking. This service is often referred to as Multi-Factor Authentication. When this service rolls out, you will be asked to set up a username and a new password when logging into Internet Banking.

Please note that any email you may receive asking you for your account number and password or PIN to register for or verify information for this service should be considered fraudulent.

Your Credit Union does not request personal information of any kind via email.Please call 734.769.4621 or 800.968.5626 with any questions or concerns you may have regarding this service.

    The risks described in the article (www.risksofinternetbanking.blogspot.com) are of a different economical nature. These risks exist with or without extra layers of security the Credit Union is currently working on for its Internet Banking platform. The Credit Union’s goal in this process is to protect its members from Internet Banking fraudulent activities.

    We want to ensure the system we implement is up to the standards our members expect. Thus, implementation of this project has been delayed so that we can ensure we are supplying the best security possible. Please keep an eye out for future information.
